As a Technical Recruitment Lead within our Talent Acquisition team, you will be seeking to identify the best talent, passive or active, in the market and developing a pipeline of candidates to help drive Kainos growth. You will work with the capability lead within which you recruit in Kainos to ensure that the appropriate talent is available and that we as a business are able to respond as and when required.
As a Recruitment Lead, you will be responsible for coaching and mentoring other Recruiters and where needed, managing them. It is envisaged that this role will have a team of one initially.
The Ideal Candidate:
You love the hunt, you enjoy finding those hard to find candidates and converting them to prospects, hiring them and seeing how they impact the business. You are continually looking at how to expand your talent pools, how to find those hard to find skills and how to stay ahead of your hiring managers. You're not afraid to make mistakes while trying new methods to attract people.

For this role that means taking on more responsibilities within recruiting in Kainos, helping us scale and grow, alternatively if you want to try your hand at other opportunities, we actively move people within the business to other opportunities so if you decide you want a change, you could move into Sales, Product or even in Workday consulting if so inclined. We provide the opportunities, it's up to you to grow - our attrition is amazingly low because of this - sub 10%!
This role will be based in the Midlands / Birmingham.

We're a consultancy and our clients are scattered throughout the UK and beyond, travel is part of everyone's role here and as a key part of the team, we need you to be willing to travel if required inc overnight stays.
