Marketing Executive

Take a supporting role in the following aspects of the Marketing function:

  • Lead and Demand Creation
  • Plan, execute and measure lead nurturing and campaign management processes, leveraging marketing automation, to drive marketing qualified leads (MQLs), pipeline and closed business
  • Develop and lead marketing campaigns and territory sales campaigns, incorporating e-mail, direct mail, newsletters, events and webinars to generate qualified sales opportunities (QSOs) and a healthy pipeline
  • Work closely with WorkSmart customers, partners, the WorkSmart sales team and the wider marketing functions to define and develop appropriate campaigns and associated activity

  • Website & Messaging
  • Manage aspects of our website presence, collateral and data sheets. Build messaging and positioning, and integrate new offerings into the marketing strategy.
  • Brand Awareness – build the WorkSmart brand value through engagement with external influencers
  • Creating tailored content according to their purpose, audience and distribution channel
  • Working with creative agencies to create effective design and delivery of your written work

  • Social Media Strategy
  • Design social media strategies to achieve marketing targets
  • Manage, create and publish original, high quality content
  • Administer all company social media accounts ensuring up-to-date content
  • Liaise with writers and designers to ensure content is informative and appealing
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Product development teams to create social ‘buzz’ regarding new product launches
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports on web traffic and ROI
  • Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization
  • Communicate with industry influencers via social media to create a strong network
  • Train internal teams to integrate and maintain a cohesive social media strategy
  • Stay up-to-date with new digital technologies and social media best practices
  • Work with corporate marketing to ensure positioning is consistent with wider Kainos messaging.

Events

  • Development, production and delivery of event projects from proposal right up to delivery
  • Delivering events on time and within budget, that meet expectations
  • Setting, communicating and maintaining timelines and priorities
  • Communicating, maintaining relationships with and co-ordinating suppliers
  • Liaising with sales and wider marketing teams to publicise and promote the event

Required Experience:

  • Minimum of 4 years’ experience in technology marketing role
  • Experience of technology solutions and services advantageous
  • Proven record of inputting to effective marketing strategies and plans
  • Experience in devising and describing value propositions and offerings
  • Experience in managing or working with inside sales and lead generation
  • Ability to lead within a team environment to achieve and measure results
  • Ability to produce and manage effective communications and press releases
  • Clear competence to set and manage budgets
  • Multi-tasking and project management
  • Ability to gain consensus
  • Educated to third level in a Marketing discipline
  • Hands on experience using social media for brand awareness
  • Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics
  • An ability to identify target audience preferences and build content to meet them
  • Familiarity with web design and publishing
  • Experience of the following software is essential; Marketo, Leadlander, Google Analytics and Photoshop

Other Information

Kainos is a professional services organisation with clients spread across the globe and we deliver projects both from client site, and from our offices. While we will attempt to base you on projects near or at your contracted office location, you need to be willing to travel to client sites and spend time away during the week if it is required.
