Main purpose of role & level in the business:
As a Territory Manager you will be responsible for sales of Smart, Kainos’s automated testing platform for Workday within a defined geographical territory in North America. You will lead our interaction with new prospects in your territory, helping them to understand the benefits that Smart can bring to their testing of Workday. You will be responsible for delivering an agreed sales target and for building and managing a sales pipeline to support this outcome. You will build a relationship with the Workday sales team and with Customer Success Managers in your territory who can help you identify and strengthen relationships with new prospects. Selling is a team activity even though you will carry a personal target, you will be expected to build strong collaborative relationships with other teams and individuals within Kainos business who can help you achieve your targets. You will be working with some of Workday’s largest customers including major financial services organisations.
Minimum (essential) requirements:
It is not envisaged that your role would involve managing direct reports but you will be expected to work in collaboration with other parts of the business who can help you achieve your targets.
