You’ll work as part of a team of travel professionals to book travel arrangements for Kainos staff at all locations, including booking flights, hotel and apartment reservations and car hire. You will consult with Kainos staff to ensure that all aspects of staff travel are seamlessly arranged, assist in identifying advance travel requirements to promote effective cost management, and prepare quotations for travellers. You’ll be able to work quickly and proactively as issues might arise to reschedule flights, remedy travel problems and resolve scheduling conflicts. You will also assist with any administration duties around the set up of long term apartments.
